Delivery Policy

CitiFloral delivers same-day delivery 7 days a week throughout New York, the US and Canada. Sunday delivery service is available in certain cities at an extra charge. We offer free Regular Delivery. Rush Delivery, Sunday and Holiday Delivery at a cost of $15 each.

International Delivery: please call (888) 884-1666 for estimates on international delivery times.

Valentine's Period Delivery: Due to the higher costs and greater demand for delivery during the Valentine's period, rose prices will be higher from Feb. 10 to Feb. 15. There is a $30 Valentine's Day Delivery charge for deliveries on Feb. 14. There is also a $15 Rush Delivery charge for delivery orders placed after 10 a.m. on Feb. 14 for same-day delivery. Otherwise, normal delivery rules apply.

For certain more costly deliveries, we charge a standard delivery charge. The customer chooses the level of service and knows what the cost will be.

We have always been open seven days a week. We make Sunday flower deliveries, but this service is limited. We are always there for you since the advent of the internet. When you need us, you will find us ready to serve you in the manner you deserve.
